Everything started with a dream and now we’ve turned it into a reality.
Mission
Imperial Sweets is a black owned, women owned business. The bakers consist of a mother-daughter duo. Chimene and Vanessa are both your average day-to-day women with extraordinary dreams!
Vision
Chimene trained and worked at Sofitel de Février. Then, taught at hotel Le Benin for 10 years. Vanessa attended Johnson & Wales University to pursue baking & pastry arts and has worked in the culinary field for a few years. The two have been anticipating starting up a bakery and opening a location for years and now they’re closer than ever.
